List the following operating system information:
• Operating system name
• Release level
• Patch history
• Kernel configuration parameters
• Swap size
• OS-specific software installed
• High availability software installed
You may need to contact your operating system vendor to get system
upgrades, patches, or help with problems, so make a note of the
following operating system technical support information:
• Telephone number
• Support hours
• Name of your technical account manager and his or her
telephone or pager number
